Welcome

Hi guys! My name is Chantelle, once a little girl trying on mom's shoes, putting on some lippies and makeup. Imagining every walkway or passage is a fashion runway, truly living out the dream of a fashionista. One of my biggest motivators and stress relievers is being active. From a young age I took part in most sport activities from athletics, netball and dancing. Fitness is a big part of my life style, I'm no expert I just listen to my body.

I also want to share my journey living with depression and anxiety. I feel that people who don't suffer from these disorders sometimes just don't understands us. I want to help people suffering with these disorders, like myself, by sharing things I've learned to cope and live with it.

So enough with the serious stuff, let's get to know each other. I'm born in the beautiful country, South Africa, where the city of gold, Johannesburg, is my home. I'm married to a very handsome gentleman (Jacques). I'm also a proud mommy to a beautiful little girl called Kaylynn.
