Well halo my loves!

Love is in the air this week. I really do love the month of February. All the red and pink decorations everywhere and, for me it's extra special because it's my husbands birthday on the 13th, guys it's no joke your sista has to up her game these to days. So I enjoy celebrating both occasions on 1 day. I know that not everyone celebrates this day because, they believe you should always show love, there is nothing wrong with that, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Guys, let's get real, not everyone has the money, including me, to buy expensive gifts but, there are more then one way to make it special, I personally love creating an intimate date with some home made goodies. We all want to save a buckaronie here and there and, what better way to make your gift unique. So I decided to share some of my favorite date night ideas. Let's jump in to my top 7!

Fondue Date:

Weather it's sweet or savory, it's the cutest and fun way to cook together, specially if you know what your partner enjoys.

This is so easy. You can literally put anything in. Patatos, bacon, bread, veggies, and the list goes on. You can even have a cheese fondue and, let's be honest, everything is better with cheese.

I personally LOVE the sweet fondue, just because I'm a chocoholic. I enjoy using a dark chocolate, about 70% or, you can use milk chocolate with a little bit of cream to make it smooth and creamy. I love pairing it with fresh fruit, cookies, marshmallows, anything you can think of dipping in some chocolate. I just think this is so cute and very romantic. Set it with some candles and a bottle of wine and you good to go.

Movie Date Night

This one would be perfect for all my mommy's out there. So easy and unique. You can personalize all of the goodies. Add some food coloring to the popcorn, write him a note. Let him pick his favorite movie and just enjoy the moment, without the kids (evil little laugh)

Love is in the air

This idea is just so personal. I did this little idea 2 years ago for my husband. I just took little cards and wrote all the little things I love about him and tied it to the helium balloons with cute little ribbons. Our whole living room was full of balloons. He was so surprised, it was like a little treasure hunt for him. The balloons are the most expensive part but, the messages are all form the heart.

Candle light bubble bath

I think this is the most affordable date night ever! It's the most intimate time, yes I'm getting a little frisky now but, let's not kid our self's, we all love a good bubble bath (wink wink).

Couples who game together stay together

I love a fun game, specially when you both are very competitive. This game brings the fun and the love. The one who loses have to..... You can learn a lot from each other or just remember the reason why you fell in love with each other.

Cuddling Tent

This is so adorable! Bringing back the little kid in you. You can just use any soft and cuddling thing you can find in your house and , just cuddle in the little love nest. Add some wine and snacks, fairy lights to create a very romantic feel and, fall asleep right there.

For the Love of Breakfast

Waking up next to your loved one is the such a special feeling. Just being lazy in bed the whole morning and enjoying the morning sun with some breakfast. You can get so creative with your breakfast. For the sweet tooth, you can make cute little pancake hearts topped with some fresh fruit, syrup or even cream. If your man enjoys a big breakie, you can make all his favorite things. Add it on to a little tray and you are good to go.

I had such fun writing this post. There are so many ways to show your love this Valentines Day. I hope all of you gets spoiled rotten. Make it personal and Special

Lot's of Love
