My Favorite Nude Lipsticks
Hi my beautiful Slaying girls!
Hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend, filled with yummy chocolate treats and egg hunting. Today I want to share with you some of my favorite Nude Lippies. The majority of lipsticks, yes majority, consist of Nude's. I personally think it's the shade that's the most popular when it comes to buying lipstick. It has been dominating the beauty industry for years now.

I'm obsessed with anything nude, clothes, decor, makeup, stationary, and the list goes on. I even incorporated nude in my wedding, so gorgeous. The reason why I love the color nude is, because it's so soft and feminine. I need all, and want all things nude, and you my fellow beauty lovers, you know what I talking about.
Nude shades can be a bit tricky, as it will look different on all of us depending on your skin tone, believe me, I bought some that made me look very pale. So I just want to share some of favorite ones with you. Let's get into today's post....

My first lippie is the "Peach Blossom" Cremesheen from M.A.C. This color is my lip color, but better and it's so soft and light. It's very creamy and very buildable. It also has a semi-glossy finish and, it has a bit of a darker pinky undertone to it. This is normally my go to lipstick, it has a very natural look to it. They retail between R240 - R245

This color is probably my second favorite one, the "Pure Zen" Cremesheen from M.A.C. This shade has a very light orange undertone to it. Also very smooth and has a buttery feel to it. I'm careful with these colors sometimes, as orange doesn't look that great on me. This one also retails between R240 - R245.

Ooo, this M.A.C Limited Addition from Nicki Minage's range - "Nicki's Nude" is fabulous! It was part of the Amplified Cremè Collection. This lipstick is full coverage, girl, when I mean full, I mean one swipe. It's ultra creamy and very comfortable on the lips. This shade has a coral undertone to it. I don't think it's available to purchase anymore, as it was a Limited Addition, but I had to share this one with you. The normal Amplified collection range between R220 - R245

This color I wore on my wedding day, pared with a beautiful soft purple smokey eye. I don't often wear this color, because I need to be a bit more tanned, otherwise I look like a ghost. It has a very light brown undertone to it. This is "Blankety Amplified" from the Amplified Cremè range from M.A.C, also retailing between R220 and R245.

My Favorite Nude Matte Liquid Lipstick

This lippie is from the Essence XXXL Long Lasting Lip Gloss collection. I was a bit confused about the name, as it is called a Lip gloss and not a lipstick but, it's basically a matte lip gloss, I know it's confusing, but is so nice and creamy. I've used this one so many times, the shade has rubbed off. This shade has a very pink undertone to it, it doesn't dry that bad that you need oil to remove it. It feels nice on the lips but, it doesn't smell very good. It has a very silky cream matte finish. The glossies are so affordable, they only retail for about R69,99 if I'm correct.

This is also from the Essence XXXL Long Lasting Lip Gloss Collection in "Soft Nude". Same texture as the other color, with a bit more of a dark brown undertone.

The last, but not least, is the Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lip color in "630 HD Seduction" This is probably the best Matte Liquid Lipstick I own. It doesn't make your lips very dry and flaky. It's honestly the smoothest Matte ever. It has a velvet feel to it and very full coverage. This is a more darker coral color, with a brown undertone. Hands down, one of my best purchases. They retail for R179 which is such a great price for the quality you get.

There you have it girls, these are my top nude lipsticks. Let me know if you guys would like to see a post on all my other colorful lipsticks. Hope you guys have a lovely week!
xoxo
Chantelle
